他对北京的建设有着自己独到的见解，超前的认识。可惜他建设北京的方案没有被采纳。
他当初就提出了类似现在“雄安新区”副首都的概念。
现在雄安新区的建设也更佳印证了梁思成先生当初的远见卓识。
雄安新区被誉为千年大计。

具体记不太详细，大概是这个意思。
