[求助贴]风扇灯光问题

开机的时候风扇灯光(包括水冷)会全灭，期间风扇一直在运行 过个四五秒钟就会亮起。
主板是华硕Z690P
cpu是12700kf
装win10系统
显卡是2060的
请问大佬们这是什么情况呀。。。
