被封闭在家里已经20天了,无尽的14+14……
肥肥非常想吃疯狂星期四,甚至是华莱士
于是自己在家动手做了一顿炸鸡
先放成品

简易步骤:
1、放入十三香、盐、黑胡椒以及料酒腌制

2、调制糊糊
一大碗面粉和小碗淀粉搅拌均匀,另取一小碗淀粉打入鸡蛋搅拌

3、第一次裹粉及第二次裹粉
鸡腿放入糊糊后放进粉碗裹粉,裹完放在干的盘子里等待第二次裹粉

第二次裹粉就可以捏出鱼鳞皮了,之后会炸成酥皮

4、预炸、复炸

油锅大火烧至沸腾,改中小火
鸡腿放入预炸,一边变色就翻面,重复这个步骤几次后取出放在一旁冷却

所有的鸡腿炸完之后冷却一会,油锅再度开大火

复炸炸至金黄色
