香肠要小火煎一下,然后放米饭大火猛炒,搁调料翻上几次关火上盖焖,收工。。。你这香肠看这没咋过油的样子。

[s:ac:哭笑]虽然有点残酷,但是有些技能真的是用损伤堆积出来的,不要怕,就算受伤了也会提高抗性,大胆下厨
比如无情铁手,我现在手被油滋到了已经没有任何表情了

但是一个是别切了手
一个是别沸腾的油里加水

饭也没压散...
油溅出来的原因是热油碰到了冷水....
只要你火腿肠没用水洗,或者洗了后用厨房纸巾吸干,锅铲也是干的,就不会溅......
一般这种淀粉肠要切丁,然后小火煎炒下,腊肠倒是可以切片,也要煎炒下出油
推荐试下把蛋液和饭一起搅匀了再炒,炒散了之后米饭粒粒分明还有蛋香[s:a2:干杯2][img]https://img.nga.178.com/attachments/mon_202204/19/-d1rcQ17p-bstaZbT3cSsg-lc.jpg[/img]
新手先别搞花里胡哨的 就蛋炒饭
把隔夜米抓散 先炒鸡蛋后放米 出锅前放点鸡精 老香了
