现在只有路透社的消息说卖了，但是全文都提到只卖了美国部分(Operations in US)给微软，我觉得如果是卖了整个TIKTOK海外部分，没必要反复提(Operations in US)。所以有人知道到底是卖了海外部分还是美国部分吗？大家理智讨论下。
我个人的观点：
1. 如果是卖了整个TIKTOK海外部分，那么真的是垃圾短视行为，属于别人还没打就跪的膝盖碎的那种。我个人以后看见字节的app绕道走。
2. 如果是卖了美国业务，我个人觉得这可能是当下这种无奈情况下的最优解了。我觉得这样卖比较像麦当劳国内运营卖掉变金拱门，字节自己肯定是不想卖的，但是如果被逼无奈然后像卖金拱门那样卖掉美国业务(Operations in US)，那可能还能接受吧。这样做有几个好处：
a. 首先自己回点血(即便不投国内也可以投欧洲亚洲拉美其他市场)，真比血本无归好
b. 可以防止扎克伯格这种小人的FB推出的山寨抖音迅速做大，如果抖音完全被ban，那么美国自己的替代产品肯定马上做大占领美国市场，这样就立于不败之地，然后去蚕食TIKTOK在欧洲以及其他地方的市场。如果抖音在美国不死，虽然不属于字节了，但是不会出一个新对手影响美国以外市场
c. 美国TIKTOK也不会去和字节竞争美国以外市场，就好像中国的红牛，金拱门不会去国外卖红牛和麦当劳一样，因为都是同一个商标。
d. 如果美国抖音还活着，即便不属于字节了，美国就很难后续做妖让全世界其他国家去ban抖音，像抵制华为那样。因为你自己国内就有。
e. 丧事喜版，实属无奈
讲真如果只是卖美国部分的话真的是当下无奈之下的最优解了吧？

另外我也看到国内媒体(环球时报)说，字节跳动表示不回应未发生的事或谣言。所以路透社的真实性也存疑。
