我记得那个上尉教官真惨，亲手给他授衔少尉，然后他去了战场，一路升，等他俩再次相见，他变少校，教官还要叫他Sir。。。好像是兄弟连吧？记不大清了，要么是太平洋战争

他不惨，其实。我看过原版的回忆录里都说他这种人不上战场是最好的。
怎么形容这种人呢，有点类似赵括，但也不完全，属于纸上谈兵都可以，执行命令也坚决，但就是脑子缺根弦不懂变通，也不擅长人情世故。
这种军官真就不适合战场，死板、教条、搞训练和后勤都需要这种井井有条型的，但要是打仗的话，不行。
他会害死全连，这话真不是那帮兄弟贬低他，比温特斯他差得太多太多，当然最狠的还是战神斯皮尔斯，他除了具有一个战场军官的所有优点外甚至还有战神青睐的运气，
运气在战场上真的太重要了。

我工作后也遇到不少索伯这样的玩意，我经常说的就是，还好咱们不是打仗，要不就全被这帮玩意害死了。
这道理全世界通用的，我家老革命就说过，越是兵油子，打仗才越厉害呢。

说多一句没用的，越是和平时期，索伯这样的军官越容易平步青云，所以嘛，一支军队越长时间不打仗，真干起来出的篓子就越多。
你们笨想想，李云龙、杨立青这样的军官，能混和平时期的军队嘛，才怪呢！

他们拍这种战争剧有一个优势就在二战期间有足够多高文化的士兵入伍，写出足够多战争纪实和回忆录，从小人物的角度去拍战争剧更加讨巧，我们在抗日战争中确实缺乏这个条件，后来的对越自卫反击战中，老兵的回忆录多了起来，可是这类影视剧屈指可数

教官一直负责训练和后勤，爬的自然没有前线快[/quote]不是，你看剧，他是因为演习带队时出了篓子，好像是分不清方向，最后还是让那个少尉力挽狂澜的，心理就出现问题了，根本上不了战场，最后调到后勤部门。最后他出现在欧洲战场，就是给兄弟连们搬运物资去了，他见了那个上尉(此时是少校)，他还不好意思，都不敢正眼看他(已经自卑了)[s:a2:大哭]
