把UEFI关了试试

不是官方镜像吧，secure boot关掉试试

应该是pe过不了secure boot
两个选择，一个是用可以过secure boot的，比如官方镜像，推荐这样做
再就是关secure boot，不推荐，除非你是装linux
因为过不了secure boot的Windows多半不是你自己弄的，你不清楚会不会加私货
