16号在苹果官网买了个iphone12 pro，结果寄出来之后又给我回去了，现在打电话给客服各种踢皮球，苹果客服让我问ems和快递员，ems让我问苹果。苹果客服电话一打打个半小时也没人接，再买苹果我就是狗。
