今天整点秘制小汉堡和鸡扒吃

[s:ac:闪光]现在炸物越来越熟练了

鸡胸肉对半切,放入碗里腌制
腌制调料:两勺蚝油、两勺酱油、一勺盐、大蒜几瓣剁成泥、两勺料酒、胡椒粉和椒盐(喜欢多少放多少)

腌制半小时后,准备鸡蛋汁儿、淀粉、面包糠,鸡排两面沾上淀粉然后裹上蛋液、面包糠

锅倒入妈见打的量大火加热,油滚了之后换中小火放入鸡排开炸

炸至两面金黄后捞出晾一晾,准备复炸

炸的时候鱼皮鱼肉都往下掉

面包糠类放空气炸锅一定要多抹油油油油[s:ac:哭1]
别问我怎么知道的
空气炸锅比较适合半成品炸鸡排,自己做还是老老实实用宽油炸
