看什么类型的……硝酸盐类应该可以少量买,但是家用容易掌握不好分量导致中毒
就结论而言还是盐/糖/酸配合高温消毒和真空密封最实用
果酱肉酱做罐头就行了,没必要追求敞开放也不腐烂
放高压锅里焖一会可以多保存几天,当然口感嘛。
放冰箱里超过3天不建议吃了,这东西是米酸菌最喜欢的东西
