刚好今天也按网上周黑鸭的方子卤了一锅,味道还行,有内味[s:ac:闪光]
用老抽的卤菜肯定不行,时间久一点就全变黑,味道会变,糖色才是正宗,还有你这卤料太少。
嫌麻烦的话
大佬们有没有什么淘宝上的卤味料包店推荐啊[s:a2:偷笑]
