去年家里经历了疫情,深感应该活在当下,及时行乐,有病毒临门还能一家五口平平安安的来到2021就是一件很不容易的事了
今天斥巨资在海鲜超市买了一只红帝王蟹让家里人一起开心开心(其实买贵了,比盒马都贵点,去批发市场应该能便宜不少)

1.蟹腿和鲍鱼一起清蒸:
(1.炒个蒜蓉酱:取三分之二蒜蓉炒香,加耗油、盐、糖调味,翻炒后加入三分之一生蒜蓉拌匀,盛出备用;
(2.蟹腿沿关节斩断,蟹腿两侧剪开,我没剪断,和鲍鱼一起装盘,大火蒸10分钟,出锅。

2.蟹壳蒸蛋

蟹身斩块,下锅煎两面变色,下入葱姜,大火爆炒,下入蚝油、盐、白糖、生抽调味,锅边淋白酒爆香,闷一分钟,生粉兑水勾芡,翻炒至汤汁粘稠,出锅。

帝王蟹肉多块大,也有排面,一只螃蟹合理利用可以做三四道菜。其实挺适合这种阖家团圆的日子露一手 除了贵,没毛病
