鲍鱼两吃，好久没发诈尸一下

买了十来个小鲍鱼，整个两吃。早上鲍鱼粥，晚上鲍鱼煲

鲍鱼粥做法：
鲍鱼切片，准备芹菜叶、金针菇、虾去壳加姜丝和酒去腥，留虾头、米提前泡开
1、煎虾油
2、下米，大火烧开炖一小会
3、挑出虾头，下虾仁、鲍鱼片、金针菇段
4、炖成粥后出锅前加盐、少许麻油，撒青菜叶出锅。
