烤鸽子怎么烤出酥皮?

先腌24小时,然后200度烤20分钟,刷汁烤10分钟,刷油烤10分钟,皮还是紧的

感觉每次都烤不好

要不直接下油锅炸成酥皮?

烤不出外面的效果,外面很多是耍脆皮水烤完之后再浇滚油。你这个颜色各方面也不对,要皮焦脆得挂着晾干,你这个明显没风干
