昨天去了大邑烟霞湖一趟，从成都出发一个多小时的路程，这地方有山有水，为啥没继续开发呢？一点名气都没有，游客很少，进来需要穿过一个过山隧道，从隧道出来别有洞天，为嘛当地政府这十来年都不开发这个地方？
