呃,响应龙二版主的活动,不过我没有烤箱也没平底锅,那就用炒菜锅烙几个意思意思吧[s:ac:吻]
做法完全是自己脑补的,别提是否正确,反正我在新疆做的,那它就是新疆烤包子![s:ac:blink]
先上主材料:面粉、羊肉、洋葱

面揉好,洋葱和羊肉切小丁(羊肉不要绞成馅,要切),调料就是盐和孜然粉,我又加了一点花椒粉和姜末

面揪小团,擀成薄薄的饼,放馅,包起来

锅里放点油,下包子用煎包的方法烙,中途点了几次水,成品效果看着还行,不过肉馅份量少了,包好以后底部太厚了[s:ac:哭笑]
吃起来和阿达西卖的差距不大,就是皮不是脆的,口感要扣分[s:ac:抠鼻]
