全国首部省级“白衣天使”权益保护政府规章实施在即

《上海市医疗卫生人员权益保障办法》将于2021年3月1日施行。这是全国首部以政府规章形式立法保障医疗卫生人员合法利益的省级政府规章。

该《办法》明确了适用范围、包括职业权益保护、执业环境保护，以及涉医失信行为的信用惩戒等主要内容，共五章42条。

市司法局、市法宣办推出该部规章宣传漫画图解一套(9幅)，让我们携手共同为“白衣天使”营造安全执业环境贡献力量。
