昨天发生的事情,她是业务专属客服,我是她甲方,这种事情已经发生过一次了。对面还是BTA里的,平时我们通信都是email,这人彻底让我破防了。
我是讲道理的,平时沟通都讲逻辑。tips:找她还是因为要给他们公司打钱。 补充,这专属客服我们协议里签了合同,每年还要单独的给人工服务费。
解决:打电话到他们北京总公司 走了反馈渠道,然后联系上了她他们业务经理,业务经理道了歉,答应年后更换客服,以后每次重要通知信息都会采取电话通知。
