但是转子没有铁壳emmmmm
目前没有发现明显的抱轴和异响现象,且六极马达换向声非常小,凑在耳边也几乎不可闻
IC是高速风扇特有的慢启动类型,应该是为了保护短间隙的扇叶和脆弱的VAPO磁浮轴承,启动时会有延迟,由于一瞬间马达没有被推过切割点,扇叶会有晃动现象
官方标称轴承寿命30℃下高达400000小时,这是不可能的
先上实测同噪音转速表,测试硬件环境和我之前的横测相同就不多写了
本次测试会加入U12A原装的双U12A作为对照组,如果测试结果有参考意义的话,也会搞一个机箱进风对应显卡温度的测试(本来先测了B12EX和T30在高速下的同噪音水平温度对比,但是由于测试误差控制出现问题,数据只能废弃了,我只能说T30很大几率是赢了)

噪音水平同样在机箱内安装上U12A进行测试,噪音测试时分贝计放置在CPU风扇正面约10cm位置,以A12x25拉满时的2050转速为基准测得同等噪音的其他风扇转速

机箱:海盗船5000D Airflow
CPU:牙膏11600KF
主板:微星Z590暗黑
显卡:6900xt公版

CPU散热器温度测试时如照片所示安装A12x25和B12各一把进行机箱通风以防止箱内热量积压,A12x25使用减速线连接,转速约为1780,B12调整到70%的PWM占空比,实际转速约为1585
测试室温为23.0℃±0.1,测试过程中会参考测温枪、温度计以及主板system温度最大限度了解气温,测试结束后会重复测试以验证测试误差是否出现问题
本次测试功耗调整为159W,使用AIDA64单烤FPU得到,测试启动持续3分钟后清除数据,再进行4分钟烤机后记录下每个核心的平均温度,得出全核心平均温度
加入了A12x25双扇拉满的温度测试结果作为对照组,A12x25双扇拉满转速约为2065左右,实测噪音约为:

由于加入了散热器后置风扇,机箱后置排风用的B12会在气流的影响下提升到约1675转速
那么上结果:

注意,虽然双A12x25在高转速下提升不明显,但不代表在1000转左右甚至更低的低转速下提升也不明显
