什么也没开，就显示占用40+%

这可能又是 win10 20H2的BUG。。。
刚为了找外接屏卡顿原因，重装的系统，没几天。

资源监视器显示的跟任务管理器都不同。本来就是个算出的数值，还能指望它相同？
也有可能是估算的标准不一样？感觉和win10任务管理器显示的cpu频率一个原因

差再多，也不至于 45% 和25%的区别。

用微软的工具ProcessExplorer 查看的CPU占用 和资源监视器里基本一致的，
就是任务管理器的显示 不正常。
以前的win10也有过， 出了个补丁。 现在的可能也要等更新。
感觉现在的win10 20H2 版本 还不稳定。
说一下我个人发现的问题，感觉任务管理器占用率是按你基准速度来算的，如果在BIOS里把基准速度设置成1.6G，随便干点什么都是100%的占用率
首先任务管理器中有两个CPU信息，一个是你现在看到的，一个在详细信息里面。
其次，这两个CPU利用率用的是不同的采样器，我记得一个是%Processor Utility 一个是%Processer Time。
%Processor Utility比较先进，会综合计算超频等因素，就是任务管理器进程页面使用的计数器。
这不是bug，你有兴趣的话，可以看看微软官方文章，或者自己用perfmon做测试。
The difference between the two counter types concerns how they measure the actual work that the processor performs. The “time”-based performance counters measure the percentage of time that the processor is busy, whereas the “utility” performance counters measure how much work the processor actually performs. The utility performance counters take into account the processor performance state and Turbo Boost-based enhancements to measure and normalize the work that's being done by the CPU.
This change was intended to provide a more accurate representation of how much work the system is handling, and the utility counters do just that。

另外 System进程 High CPU，很难看的，因为这个进程抓不了user dump

谢谢指点，
因为早上突然卡顿， 才打开查看了下， 然后用微软的工具 查看了下线程，
我觉得详细信息里的更准确吧，接近于资源管理和 ProcessExplorer显示的，和系统空闲进程 也能对的上。
任务管理器的，更贴近于 实时的占用， 看不到具体是哪个线程，只能看到 system。
看具体线程的时候， user dump 抓不到， 提示要下另一个工具， 没有去试。
把nvidia的设置恢复默认，然后改了电源模式， 占用突然就不高了~
现在不卡的情况下，也能对的上，为了找莫名卡顿的原因 才会想起去看进程~
