自磨豆浆做的豆腐脑
打卤方法,热锅加油,油热放一块八角,放肉沫,葱,泡开的木耳黄花(切小点)一起翻炒,加水,酱油,耗油适量,煮10分钟,加盐,淀粉勾搭,完成

1.提前泡黄豆,黄豆泡开后加水用破壁机打碎
2.纱布过滤豆渣
3.煮豆浆,开锅两次,撇去浮沫,放置几分钟,去掉上边的一层凝固豆皮
4.凉水冲来内脂(我这用了10g)用过滤网把豆浆滤到放内脂的盆里,搅动一下,静置25分钟
完成
