前情提要:之前烤蛋糕卷一直觉得中间湿,买了烤箱温度计测了一下温度是对的,然后怀疑是因为烤的时候膨胀过度,出炉冷却后又塌陷,形成一层死面

分别是刚放进去和快结束前,165度25分钟

完事拿出来冷却,果然因为剧烈膨胀后又剧烈塌陷,形成一层死面

蛋糕底部和油布上有两块深色区,是因为温度不均匀?
