其实一开始让我拆猫头鹰我是拒绝的,因为我实在不知道怎么评价猫头鹰这个轴承,本身我是个完完全全的外行,即使做足了功课,也肯定会被懂行的老哥笑话的

于是我决定:拆个闲置的A14吧[s:ac:哭笑]
首先 大力出奇迹 取下转子,猫头鹰这PBT框并不坚固,我还没使劲就全断了, 也就比AC的好点吧
磁铁上的缺口是暴力拆解时留下的

轴芯上有个红色小圈,暂时不能肯定其用途,初步猜想是密封

连带轴套取下马达、PCB

SSO2轴承口碑还可以,除了磁辅助之外应该与较为大碗的的密封设计和润滑脂余量有一定关系
取下黑色圈环,可以看见残留的润滑脂

其实本来在轰开轴承之前有留下PCB的照片的 但在连同马达和轴套被角磨机轰碎之后不小心被我删掉了
接下来就是重头戏了,本次尝试使用角磨机和0.8的片暴力轰开铜套和轴体
就结果来说,还算理想,最大的问题是铜套底部用于磁稳的钕磁铁和非金属部件完全扛不住角磨机的攻击,只剩下了半颗残骸[s:ac:哭笑] 钕磁铁已经完全退磁了(废话)

以下P12部分,由于AC的塑料材质脆如饼干,暴力拆解直接可以把马达轴承连带转子连根拔起,十分之顺利……
