请问老铁们这是不是骗子

昨天买了个乐高兰博基尼，卖家说发货了，可是快递信息只显示等待揽收中；
据我所知的，快递员扫码后肯定会显示揽收的了，而且是顺丰。
如果东西昨天实在发不出去他也可以实话实说告诉我，各位老哥怎么看？
