不行就买个恒温电磁炉低温慢煮美滋滋。

你煎好要么热盘盖锡纸静置几分钟,要么烤箱加热一下。
图里这颜色很像出锅就切开吃了,中间肉完美没有加热过
三成熟需要在煎完以后静置等待余温熟成,厚切需要上烤箱
