紧挨故宫，北海，景山的四合院面积604平米，二进院，房主六人，产权清晰，土地出让金买家负责(出让金加各项税费预计1300万)，23室3厅，带精装修1.22亿，看房需验资1000万。我就想知道这么好位置的四合院真有人卖吗，拥有四合院的主人应该不会差钱，用得着卖吗？还用别人去代卖吗？这个价格是随便谁谁谁都能买的起的吗？真是贫穷限制了我的想象……
