每天早饭至少得保证一个鸡蛋或一块肉类,尽量喝牛奶或奶粉,我觉得女孩子个子矮点儿倒是小事,关键是大脑发育也需要蛋白质和磷脂,多吃点鱼啊肉的是好事。
