本机是新日本为参加第十三届机动武斗大会决胜大会而开发的MS，也是GF13-017NJ闪光高达的后继机。虽然是以闪光高达的数据为基础且基本系统与闪光高达相同，但本机的各项性能全面凌驾于闪光高达之上。

如果放大成MG这必定是2.0时代的产品[s:ac:闪光]可惜财团更看重RG这条产品线。
造型方面，更多给的的感觉是在TV的原基础上加上了一些现代化的审美细节，比如镂空的细节设计，棱角分明的装甲线条，不少细节都做出了白灰分色也算是现在RG系列的一大特点
可动方面，确实达到了官图当中的高可动性，TV当中的不少POSE还是可以还原的，可能是作为RG系列的执拗，一体成型骨架的运用或多或少导致了手臂在长时间把玩后会出现偏软的现象(好在神高达不需要重一些的武器)
配件方面，手型管够，但有个孤单单右手，究极模式的光圈效果还算不错，但是剧中给人的感觉应该层次感更加明显，毕竟游戏里的神高达出现光圈基本是在冲刺
最后吐槽一下，外甲有隐藏水口[s:ac:嘲笑1]指纹收集器模式跑不了，最后的最后，理智消费开心模玩[s:ac:茶]
