缓存简单来说就是更快
能不能提高系统运行效率要看你怎么用，是不是频繁读写
一般来说只要没快过内存导致出bug是速度越快肯定越好 但你要考虑100秒快十倍能十秒完成 0.1秒快十倍是0.01秒完成这种情况
至于寿命 其实消费者级别的场景不怎么需要管寿命

据说能增强一点随机4k性能
但是现在的tlc SSD性能，做系统盘其实很溢出。所以只要不是啥辣鸡牌子，就随便买吧
