[上海发现首例来自英国变异新冠病毒感染病例]据中国疾病预防控制中心2020年12月30日发表的研究报告，中国大陆首次报告了最初在英国发现的变异新冠病毒感染病例。研究报告显示，该病例是一名23岁的女学生，近期从英国乘飞机返回上海。12月14日上海疾控中心收到海关通知称该女子新冠病毒检测呈阳性，并把她当晚转移到医院隔离。12月24日基因测序结果显示，该病例携带毒株与此前在中国检测到的病毒株不同，经进一步研究证实，断定该患者带有早前在英国发现的变种病毒。为尽量减少变异病毒传播的风险，上海已加强了对该患者密切接触者的追踪。The Chinese mainland has reported the first case of the new coronavirus vari[s:ac:呆]ant that was recently detected in Britain, health officials said. The new strain was detected in a 23-year-old female student returning to China from Britain. The student was tested in Shanghai on December 14, according to the latest edition of China CDC Weekly published on Wednesday.
