刚买了品胜的magsafe充电器和带磁吸手机壳，搭配的是绿联18w快充头，但是实际体验下来，功率只有2-3w，客服说磁吸充电这个功率是正常的，是本来就这样的，还是客服在骗人，买到了次品？
